NO WAY TO GO BUT UP
Author Carlos Castañeda wrote, “We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.” And so, while most of us are still hoping to recover, why not aim for a much more improved versions of ourselves, and by extension, those of our organizations or affiliations. We’ve hit rock bottom, so take comfort with the thought that the next steps have to lead us somewhere up. ?
That’s us being resilient. That’s us not only hoping to recover, but to do so with meaningful changes. You may call that optimism. For this month’s issue of the People Manager Magazine Online, we simply call it Growth and Innovation. From baby steps to big leaps, know that there are tools and resources out there for us. The reset has begun. Let’s go up.
