Dear PMAPer,
The Office of the President has recently released Proclamation No. 453, series of 2024, declaring February 09, 2024, as an additional special non-working day throughout the country in celebration of this year’s Chinese New Year. This is in line with Proclamation No. 368 released by the office in October of last year, declaring 10 February 2024 as the actual day of the Chinese New Year.
