The following Labor Advisory released by the Department of Labor and Employment, contains the computation for payment of wages for the upcoming special (non-working) days on October 30, 2023 (Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections), November 1 (All Saints’ Day), November 2 (Additional Special Non-working Day), and regular holiday on November 27, 2023 (Bonifacio Day). This is in pursuant to Proclamation No. 42, s. 2023, amended by Proclamation No. 90, s. 2022, and Proclamation No. 359, s. 2023.
