Course Description:

Guideposts for Implementation was designed to give participants a working template for handling the challenges  of strategic human resource management. It walks the participant through essential inputs and considerations for the  task at hand and provides practical suggestions on how to move towards effective implementation.  

Course Objectives:

At the end of the session, participants will be able to: 

• Verbalize a personal statement regarding the place and significance of strategic human resource in today’s  business environment. 
• Identify and list essentials in the setting-up of SHR and to outline the steps needed to execute these. 
• Balance theory & reality and thus generate practical approaches to effective SHR practice.
