This two-day workshop is designed to equip HR professionals, managers, and organizational leaders with the tools and strategies needed to enhance employee engagement and retention.   • Implementing flexible work arrangements and work-life balance initiatives


4. Enhancing Employee Well-being and Satisfaction

  • Importance of well-being in retention
  • Initiatives to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive work environment


5. Leadership and Management Practices

  • Role of managers in employee retention
  • Coaching and mentoring for retention
  • Building strong manager-employee relationships


6. Hands-On Exercise: Developing Retention Plans
