Course Overview

CBA negotiations can make or unmake an HR practitioner or even a company. It takes more than grit and people skills to successfully conclude a labor agreement. The seminar workshop will provide participants with the key elements of the negotiations, from preparation, to negotiations and administration. This skill learning session will help them in gaining legal knowledge, using strategies, tactics and techniques in successfully concluding a collective bargaining agreement with no risk of a slowdown or strike.
