1. Sexual Health in the Workplace

• HIV Awareness: Understanding the basics of HIV, transmission, and prevention. Per Labor Advisory No. 22 Series of 2023, employers must develop a workplace HIV/AIDS prevention and control program that includes activities to raise HIV/AIDS awareness. 
• Prevention Strategies: Effective methods for reducing the risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.
• Support Resources: Providing support for affected employees and creating a compassionate workplace.

 2. SOGIE Sensitivity Training

• Sexual Orientation: Understanding diverse sexual orientations and their importance.
• Gender Identity: Exploring different gender identities and expressions.
• Gender Expression: Promoting respect for personal gender expression and choices
