This two-day workshop on Compensation and Benefits Management in the Philippines is designed to equip HR professionals, managers, and business leaders with a comprehensive understanding of compensation and benefits practices tailored to the Philippine labor market. This workshop outline ensures a comprehensive and interactive learning experience, enabling participants to effectively manage compensation and benefits programs that comply with Philippine laws and align with organizational strategies. At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:
