No. all attendance to training programs have undergone what we csll
As training needs analysis (TNA) for the employees or the organization. Most of these are coming from our PMS or appraisals, mentoring, coaching, counseling etc. Only when there are budgetary constraints or limitations and everything is equal among employees, may seniority be given priority!
