The 7th Bulacan Youth Summit was organized by the Junior PMAP Bulacan Federation, in partnership with PMAP Bulacan and the Provincial Government of Bulacan. This event was held last March 15, 2019 at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Malolos, Bulacan.
