PMAP offers training and accreditation programs to ensure the competence and professionalism of HR practitioners in the country. Specialized courses patterned after PMAP´s Competency Framework are delivered by the Center for Human Resource Management (CHRM). Meanwhile, a rigorous accreditation process is carried out by the Philippine Society of Fellows (PSOF) which confers the titles of Associate Fellow in People Management (AFPM), Fellow in People Management (FPM), and Diplomate in People Management (DPM).
