Masters in Business Administration Major in People Management
The MBA program was conceived to fulfill the needs of HR practitioners to sharpen their skills in HRM and expand their knowledge in the profession. With the collaboration of educational institution, Lyceum of the Philippines University, classes are conducted by expert HRM practitioners from the ranks of PMAP membership.Objectives
People Management deals with the most important asset of an organization, PEOPLE. Organizing is the one of the basic functions of Management covering the basic structures of People Management.
- To be able to relate and apply the basic concepts and theories of People Management to various strategic applications;
- To be able to learn how an optional People Management structure is designed, implemented and control;
- To give various feasible People Management recommendations for various people management concerns including labor relations, organizational conflicts, change management, while practicing Ethics and Social Responsibility
