Key Objectives: To collaborate with the Membership Committee and HRMDC in developing the value proposition and make PMAP the "organization of choice" of HR practitioners. To involve the respective committees in identifying their high potentials and get them to accept the task of Committee Chairperson or Sub-Chairperson who can be developed as future leaders of PMAP. To encourage the mentees so that they will continue to serve the organization. To harness the leadership skills and competencies of company representatives via committee immersion or formal training.
