OBJECTIVE:
This two-day workshop gives the Learner the opportunity to apply the competency framework as base for assessing gathered data or “evidence” using the competency based interviewing techniques. The workshop also practices the Learner to use competency-based probing questions within the interview structure. Complementing the theories are skill practices used to hone the interviewing skill itself. Areas of coverage include the following:

This workshop is an application module that will make your hiring or promotion decisions more effective and efficient using competencies as your baseline. It is also useful when selecting “early promises” who can be considered for higher positions in the future.
