Leah Zveglich is has been coaching top executives and politicians in the U.S and in Asia.
Combination of her CEO experience, education in business administration and organizational behavior and global business experience creates powerful combination of knowledge with practice.

Her executive coaching balances mix of theory and practice, and uses innovative thinking process to find solutions for existing problems and/or to achieve higher performance of top executives and their organization. She often acts as a sounding board helping them to make better decisions and to encourage life –long learning and leadership improvement.

Leah Zveglich facilitates strategic planning using pragmatic methods. Providing objective outsider’s view using various qualitative analysis and participative methods, she helps clients see hidden potentials. She emphasizes integrated management efforts and entrepreneurial management to grow business.

She has lived and worked in Europe, North America and Asia and believes that management in different countries and industries have more issues in common globally than one might think. Leah has 20 years of business experience as management consultant, top business executive and entrepreneur. Due to her unique background in entrepreneurship and management, innovation, integration and implementation are her strength. She did her graduate study in organizational behavior at Harvard University, international business at the University of Massachusetts and an MBA at University of Western Sydney.

She has started and managed her own companies since college and worked for start-ups or early stage companies, leading them through growth stage. In 1986, Young Entrepreneur’s

Association in the U.S selected her as entrepreneur of the year. In 1997, for her outstanding export achievement with Aster International Company, she was invited to the White House by President Bill Clinton and was nominated for a small business export award. She has received several business awards in the U.S and often has delivered lectures and written articles to inspire and motivate other business leaders.
