Rafael Perfecto, FPM
Mr. Perfecto is currently the President of Magnitude Human Resource Development, which he organized in 1989. He is an accredited Fellow in Personnel Management (FPM) and Vice President of the PMAP Society of Fellows in Personnel Management.
A PMAP Director for 6 terms, Mr. Perfecto held the position of Board Secretary in 1993, and Chairman of various committees over the past years. HE holds a Bachelors degree in Management from the University of Sto. Tomas. Prior to management consulting, he held top level human resource management positions at Gillette Philippines, Trans-Philippines Investment Corp., GKP (a subsidiary of Dunlop of Australia), Rizal Commercial Banking Corp., GTE Industries, 3M Phils., and Trans-Asia Phils. (Architects and Engineers).
His extensive years of management experience (30 years) cover the areas of Compensation and Benefits, Job Evaluation, Training and Development, Labor Relations, Administration, Organization Development and Human Behavior in organizations.
