Ma. Belinda B. Morales
Ms. Morales is an In-House Consultant of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines. She has 25 years of extensive experience in all aspects of human resource management covering a mix of local and multinational environment (manufacturing, consumer, semi-conductor, pharmaceutical and banking industries). She has gone through various HR Specialist and generalist roles starting out as Psychometrician in 1978 until her last post as Senior Vice President of HR in 2003. As the top HR executive, her major responsibilities have been in the areas of organization development, training and development, resourcing, HR policy formulation processes, compensation and benefits planning, employee and union relations, CBA negotiations and total quality management.
Ms. Morales graduated from St. Paul College, Manila with a degree in B.S. Psychology and is a candidate in M.A. Clinical Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University. She has completed various programs in Human Resource Management locally and abroad. She is a certified trainor in Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of High Effective People; Interaction Management and is a certified Strengths Coach from Gallup International.
