Mr. Marquez has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resource management. He started as a Job Analyst and Psychometrician at Group Developers, Inc. then became Personnel and Administration Officer at Erectors, Inc. He also became the Head for Personnel Services, Beer Division at San Miguel Corp. He was the HRD Manager of American Microsystems, Inc., VP - HR at Sterling Tobacco Corp, VP – HR at Alcatel Phils, Director for Compensation Planning and Systems at ABS-CBN Broadcasting Network, and VP-HR at Sterling Paper Group of Companies.
His fields of expertise includes Design and Development of Culture Management Program, Organization Review Programs, Job Evaluation Program, Design of Salary Structures, Total Rewards Program and Variable Pay Plans, Performance Management, Competency Based Development.
