Atty. Hector V. Hernandez
A Lia-com graduate of De La Salle University, Hector pursued the HR management function more vigorously when he joined Glaxo Philippines as Training and OD Manager. He subsequently worked for American Express Company as Country HR Head where he honed his HR relationship management skills. He then joined Novartis Healthcare Phils and Sanofi Aventis Philippines as Country HR Head. In Novartis, he was awarded twice the HR Excellence Award in 2000 and 2002. An LLB graduate of Ateneo Law School, Hector continues to keep himself abreast of HR issues and concerns by joining local and international conferences and workshops in Asia, US and Europe either as participant or as a resource person.
