Jamesina Z. Gotangco

Jamesina Z. Gotangco is a creative educator with specialization in Curriculum & Instruction; and a professional management consultant in Human Resources Training & Development, Organization Development, and Quality Improvement.

Prior to being a consultant, she was a senior associate at Delar Learning Systems, Inc; Organization Development Consultant of San Miguel Corporation; Human Resources Training & Development (HRTD) Manager of Nestle, Philippines, Inc; HRTD Assistant for Nestle, Philippines, Inc.; Supervising Teacher of Mathematics at the University of Sto. Tomas, College of Education; and faculty member, teaching Mathematics, Physics and Theology at University of Sto. Tomas, College of Education. 

Ms. Gotangco is a certified instructor and program director for Interaction Management Program. She was trained by Development Dimensions, Inc. She is also a certified Quality Circles Facilitator, having been trained by Asia Business Consultants, Inc. under the auspices of the Quality Circle Institute of California. She is a licensed LIFO Analyst, trained by Mr. Allan Katcher, President of Allan Katcher International, Inc.

She has conducted various seminars and workshops with companies such as China Banking Corporation, Bank of Philippine Islands, Asian Development Bank, Abbot Laboratories, Unilab, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, and Phelps Dodge. She has also attended various development programs in the field of Human Resources Management, Organization Development & Education. 

Jamie Gotangco has earned her Bachelor of Science in Education, major in Mathematics and Theology, and minor in Physics (summa cum laude) from the University of Sto. Tomas in 1976. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Education, major in Curriculum & Instruction, from the University of the Philippines.
