Cesar P. Baltazar, is a Consultant in Business Management Systems, Organization Planning and Development, and People Empowerment.
He is the President of I-Career Academy, Inc. and also a Managing Director of Visionare Organization Development Consultancy. A practitioner of the interdisciplinary approach to organization effectiveness.
He has been an Executive and Director of Organization Development of San Miguel Corporation, a Consultant to Philippine Businesses, A Faculty Member in the MBA Program of Ateneo de Manila and De La Salle Universities.
A licensed chemical engineer, Mr. Baltazar has an MBA degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and is completing a Ph.D. program in Educational Psychology at the University of the Philippines.
