Mr. Austero is an in-house consultant of PMAP and currently, HR Director of First Abacus Financial Group, a group of companies in the capital market.
Fields of specialization, Recruitment, Training and Development, Organization Development, Personnel Policy Formulation, Corporate Communication, Designing and Implementing Various HR Programs.
Prior to joining First Abacus, He was with Philippine Bank of Communications, Solidbank and Philippine Associated Smelting and Refining Corporation
(PASAR).
A licensed Interaction Management instructor and continues to be active in the academe where he conducts specialized Credit-Earning Lectures on Communication, Strategic HRM and Behavior Change for graduate and undergraduate students.
He graduated Bachelor of Arts Degree (Linguistic and Psychology) with honors at Leyte Normal University.
